Hi, my name is Tania Villegas. I aim to support you through your journey. My specialty is beginners yoga but I am also big on strength training. Building in order to get you to where you want to go. I received my training from YogaWorks, a regarded studio for honing LA's top yoga teachers. I am a 500 hour certified Yoga Instructor. I am also a Reiki Master and a Certified Crystal Healer. I offer different ways to move energy. You can book me for distant healing (Reiki), Yoga on Zoom, and of course in-person private sessions.
