Introduction

Hello! My name is Astrid my journey as a yoga practitioner began more than 12 years and I recently got my YTT 200 and now I have the oportunity to share this path that has helped me in so many ways. I offer you a practice designed for your needs and goals on the mat and out of the mat. Yoga main goal is to give special maintenance, nurture and care to our body and mind through physical practice plus a well designed meditation. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we have an interview with no cost via zoom or phone to know what are your (or your little ones) goals and circumstances (health condition, mental challenges), after that I send you a questionnaire to complete your information. This will help me to design your first practices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor's Degree in Psichology 2006, Registered Behavior Technician 2022 and Registered Yoga Teacher 200, 2023

How did you get started doing this type of work?

More than 12 years ago a friend invited me to do yoga, I didn't like it at first, but I kept going to the practices because somehow they made me feel better. After about six months I noticed that I was experiencing real changes physically and mentally and this was notable because at the time I was dealing with my mental health, so yoga fit me like a glove. Today I am very excited because I can share this path that has helped me in many ways and I will be happy to share it with you.
