In our sessions we will define exactly what you are looking to achieve and why, and reevaluate often to ensure growth continues as your practice progresses. I aim to empower you to take the work we do off the mat and into your everyday life. I love working in an environment that fosters connection. Pilates, yoga and meditation are practices that focus on a strong sense of union between our physical and subtle bodies. Understanding and enjoyment of these practices comes differently to everyone, and I love helping to uncover the route for each different client. I completed my first 200-hour teacher training in Medellín, Colombia in 2019. In 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India to complete a 300-hour advanced yoga training and deepen my understanding of meditation, philosophy, and pranayama.
