I’m Daniela, a certified yoga and meditation instructor with over 15 years of personal practice and 6 years of full-time teaching experience. I specialize in private sessions, corporate wellness offerings, yoga for events, and 1:1 mindful living mentorship — all available in-person in NYC or virtually.
My private yoga classes are tailored to your individual needs and goals, with influences from Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. The goal is to support your well-being through intentional movement, breathwork, and relaxation. I also offer meditation sessions based on mindfulness and Vipassana traditions, supporting emotional clarity and inner calm.
Alongside my teaching, I offer Mindful Living Mentorship — a 1:1 space where we integrate breath, journaling, neuroscience-based tools, and lifestyle reflection to help you reconnect with yourself and move through life with more intention. This mentorship is ideal for anyone navigating a life transition, seeking emotional balance, or wanting to live more aligned and consciously.
I completed my first 200-hour teacher training in Medellín, Colombia in 2019. In 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India to complete a 300-hour advanced yoga training and deepen my understanding of meditation, philosophy, and pranayama. My approach blends ancient practice with modern understanding, and everything I offer is grounded in real-life experience and ongoing study.

Alongside my dedication to wellness, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the esteemed University of Arizona.
Currently, I devote my time to teaching yoga, nurturing my passion project Wednesday's Child, an inclusive thrift store, and tending to The Original Witch Shop, a spiritual store.
