What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With remote training, partners do not have to be in the same location. For example, a mother and daughter can train together from anywhere in the world via Zoom. Remote sessions: $90/hour Private sessions: $120/hour Partner sessions: $140/hour Group training: from $180/session

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process begins with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any specific concerns or preferences you may have. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your needs. After the consultation, I design a personalized yoga plan that aligns with your objectives and schedule. Throughout our work together, I provide ongoing support and adjustments to ensure you are progressing comfortably and effectively.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training certification and an additional 450-hour online Yoga Teacher Training Course. I also hold First Aid and CPR certifications. My training spans various styles and practices, including Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Chair Yoga and Iyengar, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and tailored yoga experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My journey into yoga began during a transformative trip around the world, where I discovered the profound impact of yoga and wellness practices on my own life. After several years of dedicated practice, I decided to deepen my knowledge and skills by enrolling in multiple yoga courses and certifications. I’m particularly fond of a recent 30-day yoga challenge I created and led. The challenge aimed to introduce participants to a holistic yoga practice that included physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. The preparation for this project took about two months, during which I designed the curriculum, created supporting materials, and promoted the event. The actual challenge ran for 30 days and was incredibly rewarding, as I witnessed participants make significant progress in their practice and overall well-being.
