The Ashtanga practice is a tried and true practice that for Millie has helped its practitioners realize optimum physical and mental health. Ashtanga is very different from the westernized yoga we have come to know.
The Ashtanga Yoga Practice:

Ashta Yoga's approach to teaching is traditional. The students and teachers work together in such a way that the student comes to learn how to practice the 8 limbs in daily life. The goal is for the teacher to be less and less needed. The student will able to cultivate contentment anytime and anywhere with the breath, body and mind only.
The Ashtanga practice coupled with Aryurveda (ancient science of health) and sacred texts may be used as a spiritual practice, a yoga class, spiritual healing, life coaching and more.
Ashta Yoga does not outsource. I am the only teacher. I was taught under a sacred linage and studied and lived in India as well.
