I will be there as a guide to answer questions, provide support, and help you determine and accomplish your goals. I am a health coach who is older (according to the calendar) than when I started my own healthy lifestyle journey over 14 years ago but feels and looks years younger (according to my physician of over 30 years). I spent much of my life in very stressful positions in law enforcement, the justice system, and the international corporate world. I am now inspired to help others navigate the "real world" with more ease and choices to retain and build health (living long) versus destructive lifestyle choices (dying long). My clients have included marathon runners, physical therapists, energy workers, and individuals with arthritis, degenerative diseases, MS, etc.
