I have been teaching yoga + movement + meditation classes since 2014. My classes are influenced by my love for dance, movement, and Mother Ocean and are filled with space and support so that my students might embrace the magic of their own bodies as they embark upon, or deepen, their healing journey. I offer private classes for Vinyasa, Restorative, & Yin Yoga, guided meditation, Reiki healing, and body & life guidance.
I deeply believe in the magic of yoga and the connection, inspiration, and healing this practice offers to ANY willing human being! Yoga has such an incredible way of aligning us with our heart’s path and offering us ways to grow, check-in, and stay confidently humble in our true selves.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, I grew up dancing and continue to dance to this day. Once older, I found my way into teaching dance. In 2012, I moved to San Francisco where I attended classes at ODC and City Dance. My move to San Francisco was the Golden Gateway to yoga and my spiritual journey and, as I longed for a deeper connection with myself and with God, I quickly found my way to yoga. After my first Vinyasa class, I knew I’d found my path to help others find this deeper connection and so I soon began a regular practice and eventually dove into the 200-hour teacher training at lovely little Laughing Lotus in the Mission. I have completed 100+ hours in advanced yoga teacher trainings, as well as an apprenticeship with Valerie Starr. In addition, I have taught yoga, dance, barre, and combined my love of all three to teach Yoga-Barre and Ballet Workshops while briefly living in San Luis Obispo, CA. I have now made my way back home to Austin, Texas where I teach in-person and online group classes and privates.
