Maintenance Management $240/service call - AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Handyman, appliances
Extensive projects $120/hr plus any requested property visits.
Bill Payment - included in service call fee
Additional bill payments like utilities or recurring services done at $120/hr
Leasing 1 month rent
Renewal $120/hr
Property Visit/Inspection - $450 includes up to 1 hr at property. Anything after that billed at $120/hr. Owner must specifically order a visit.
All other miscellaneous work requested billed at $120/hr.
