What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No upfront costs. You don't pay us a penny until your property is rented to a tenant. Also, We have 3 tiers of pricing to fit all your property management needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After our initial phone call, we set up an appointment to walk to the property and give the owner an estimate on how rental rates in the area, and make a suggestion on the rent for their property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had extensive sales and property management training coupled with my experience as a Real Estate Broker and Investor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I bought my first property about 18 years and really enjoyed the management part of real estate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had an owner that got called away abruptly for a new job. His wife came in town briefly to meet the movers and we took it from there. The house needed some work to get rent ready so we got that done within a week after getting the keys, got it posted online, and approved the application in 10 days. 17 days after getting the keys we had everything completed and the tenant moved in early.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
