What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge 10% of a normal months rent and 50% when we find new tenants.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will complete a comparative market analysis to get an idea of what your property can rent for and then go to the property to get a specific price. We will go over our property management agreement and then make sure the property is rent ready and put it on the rental market.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have an in house field tech that does a lot of small jobs to save clients money opposed to plumbers, electricians, or hvac vendors. You don't want to call a plumber to tighten up a faucet when we can do it for 1/5 the cost.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure a property manager has systems in place to mitigate effects of human resources disruption like vacation, sickness, leaving the company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

One of the biggest issues we see is folks not knowing how much their property can rent for, usually over inflating it and when we tell them what it can actually rent for, the numbers don't work.
