Unfortunately, the #1 complaint from property owners is that their management company "doesn't respond" to questions, phone calls or email. Many property management companies out there today take on too many properties. The thought behind doing this is making money. Although we are in business to make money, we NEVER take on more clients than we can handle, ensuring each and every owner and/or association receives the personal service they deserve.
The best part about property management is that every day is different. I have always found it interesting to think outside the box to solve problems or issues and being in property management, I am presented with different issues on a daily basis.
