All prices are reasonably discussed with the client. Discounts will be based on what was agreed. The best prices are those where the contractor supplies the materials, because the contractor gets discounts from his suppliers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Make a first visit to meet the client and take note of what he needs, give him options to facilitate and make his project feasible, let him know the availability and give the client the best possible estimate in relation to price - quality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

More than 20 years in the construction sector, plus I will soon obtain a Construction OSHA 10 Certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

More than 20 years ago I completed university studies in the field of engineering in my country of origin.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of clients. Small, medium and large. They all have the same importance to me, a project is important for each client, the size is something else.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

General painting of a house. Done in a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Knowing how to choose based on references from other jobs, the cheapest price is not always the best option, but if you want quality work at a fair price, you should contact me.

When you make an investment for a project, you must put it in the hands of responsible people, those who appreciate your investment and your time, those who take care of your interests even when situations are adverse.
