Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on the amount of knowledge we have in the industry, we may not always be the cheapest option, but we will have superior installations and customer satisfaction. We do jobs once, not twice! Many of our installations are after another company or unlicensed "pro" has come out and not been able to complete the job correctly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will require a phone call to confirm a date and time with the customer if you set an appointment, we must speak with you before coming to confirm the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have passed all required state testing and have been working hands on myself in the field for over 10 years as well as hiring and training others. All technicians have also been registered as (Alarm Agents) with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. This is extremely important and should be renewed every 2 years so make sure to ask to see ID before coming into the home. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Have always had a passion for technology and have stayed up to date when others didn't want to change. My number one goal is for customers to have a user-friendly experience, if you can't use a device because it's too complicated then it's a waste of money and time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types of customers, we love meeting new people every day. Many of our customers still keep in contact!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Camera installation! Our customer was bombarded with companies only trying to provide bottom of the line equipment at high prices or even monitored contracts. We were able to beat all of them in pricing and installed a true 4k surveillance system at 30fps!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't hire someone that isn't licensed in the line of work you are looking for. You can hire cheap, and you'll end up paying more to have it fixed in the future.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Call and talk with the company before you hire them, explain the project in detail and pay attention to see if the company can answer your questions and how you feel about the company's knowledge with your system. All jobs are different don't settle for mediocrity.
