What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Don't be afraid to tell me what you can afford to spend. I like for my customer to feel comfortable with the money they are spending.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet and go over your ideas, not my ideas. You tell me you design thoughts and then I will input my experience on how we can get it done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of my education has come from on the job training and company training classes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a 18 year old kid I got hired as a warehouse man for a small mom and pop alarm/low voltage company back in 1994. I worked my way up to sales then installation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From residential to large commercial applications.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped a customer set up his new podcast studio. Installed sound proofing, in ceiling led lights and a 50" monitor on a articulating mount.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't always go with cheapest option, cheap doesn't always equal quality.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Experience experience experience! Always ask if the person has experience in your job request
