What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing I would argue, it is a fair market value. Price is not just the subject to services, but you get a leader in the market with knowledge and experience to ensure your day-to-day needs are met. Or just tired of seeing so many wires and going for wire management.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New Clients, we do a rough estimate over the phone and with a video/pictures they are able to provide remotely. This helps keep the cost down for you since it is saving everyone time. After I asses what you are in the market for, we can customize a plan for you and keep your project within your budget and your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Background in telecommunications and getting a network to function properly as well as being able to run wires through drop ceilings and warehouse style businesses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Installation of security systems and being exposed to this type of work I found I enjoyed doing it and have the gear to be able to do this work safely and efficiently.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have dealt with many business owners over the years, and I understand that price is a factor as it is an expense you might or might not need but something you would like to get done. With my rates we can do just that without breaking the bank and completing your project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Did an ethernet cable run across a drop ceiling, it might be quick but that is because I have gear to do that. Where someone who might not have the gear could do it too but take twice as long.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't overpay for the same service, let me give you a quote, local pricing is better than someone wanting extra for "traveling fees."

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does my project need a team of people? If so, I am happy to direct you to a company that can do it for you. Could I do my project myself, but I just don't have the time nor the availability to do so? I am your guy. You are most likely busy with family, inventory, and bookkeeping you just cant find the time to it. Give me a ring.
