I come from a tech background with years of experience in smart home systems. I’ve trained in setting up smart locks, doorbell cameras, thermostats, and more — from both DIY and pro brands.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a tech background but always knew I wanted to build my own business. Smart home technology has been a passion of mine for a long time — not just the gadgets, but how they can actually improve daily life. Starting Novanest Pro was my way of combining hands-on work with the bigger goal of building a company that leads innovation in the smart home space.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, renters, small business owners — anyone needing help with home tech. Some want better security, others want convenience. I adjust to every customer’s needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I installed a smart lock and 4 security cameras for a Glendale homeowner. Took about 5 hours total. We made sure every camera angle was right, and the customer now checks their property from their phone — even when traveling.

Look for someone who understands both the tech and your actual needs. Anyone can install, but not everyone helps you choose the right system or explains how to use it. Ask questions — the right pro will make things simple.
