What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $140-180 per floodlight camera, $160 for alarm installation, $45 for mounting wireless cameras, $80 for doorbell. CCTV, installation can range from $180 to $240 per camera, it all depends on the difficulty of the wire run.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All experience, I come from a 5 year residential and business alarm background. 4 years in commercial.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with Comcast as a field technician, from there went to do Alarm for ADT. As I gained more interest and experience, I was hired for Johnson Control and became a lead tech.
