1) Make sure there is a quality service plan (Not Warranty) included with your monitoring otherwise there will be a trip charge to come fix or replace equipment anytime system malfunctions. 2) Will the security professional give you a quote over the phone or will he physically do a risk assessment of the property? (Make sure he does the walk through) 3) Make sure you ask for photo I.D. or proof of employment with credible security company. 4) Make sure professional is insured
