What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is based on how easy or hard the job is, some jobs might seem easy and eventually turn into something more so I immediately talk to the client/customer on how the job should be handled but most cases clients love my pricing and services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction, Ask questions and do what he/she says.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a low voltage licensed provider. Contractor license and well a personal training training certificate that I hardly use because I love getting my hands dirty in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, I come from a handy man service family so I carried on the tradition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, those that need handy work, in need of electrical work or restoration.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Took a whole day, I didn’t mind my job is to provide the best service I don’t leave until I’m done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be observant, watch the provider do his job and ask questions why, where, and how it’s going.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To me I feel like a customer is entitled to her questions and my job to all answer all questions relevantly.
