What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer great pricing on dealer only products to help put professional level equipment in your home or business. We have an hourly installation rate and offer discounts based on size of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Level Up Automation we offer all new customers a 100% free consultation for your project. We have three options available for a consultation, at our state of the art Experience Center in Vernon CT, in home consultation or a video/phone call.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Level Up Automation holds a home improvement contractor license as well as over a decade of installation experience in consumer electronics.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have a long history in the consumer electronics field and truly love helping people integrate technology into their homes and every day life. We want to show you what is really possible in the world of smart homes!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both residential and commercial clients. On the commercial side we handle security, networks, distributed audio and more. As for the residential we handle everything tech in your homes from home theater's to automated window blinds!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a home theater installation that feels more immersive than a movie theater! The 77" LG C2 OLED screen combined with a 13 channel 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos sound system makes you feel like your in the cockpit during Top Gun Maverick! This installation including calibration was roughly 20 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our best advice is to visit the showroom if they have one to see what the possibilities are. You may want something you didn't even know was an option!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If money is not the object, how would you like to see technology incorporated in this space? We offer a wide range of products at multiple price points. If we know what you truly want we can advise and consult on the best way to do that in your space based on your budget!
