Each system is customized for the client keeping in mind the wants, needs, expectations and budgetary requirements for the installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Since we tailor each system individually, a brief meeting with a security consultant is our usual first step. This meeting is necessary to determine the client's security needs and to review the product offered.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Guardian Hawk Security is licensed as a Florida Alarm Systems I Contractor and fully insured. Our technicians and sales staff undergo recurring background checks, fingerprint screenings, and are Burglar Alarm System (BASA) and Fire Alarm System (FASA) Agent certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At Guardian Hawk Security, we believe that a company should put forth a minimum of 100% effort each day to produce the results expected from our customers and our team. Our spirit and commitment is rooted from the hard work and dedication to customer service of the late Milton Pierce, who in 1930 started the family business that now serves Florida from Orlando to Miami, Tampa to Cape Coral.
