What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing comes with a-lot of benefits. For example, a client calls me after working hours I will respond via email, text, or phone call. If we cannot resolve the issue we will respond on site within 24 to 72 hours.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first process is to exchange information so I can input it in our customer contact list. If client approves a quote we ask them to make a payment for the product first and when the job is complete we collect the remaining balance. Our client are not treated like a customer numbers they become family and friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Vantage, URC, Total Control, Savant, Network and Logitech Certified. I also work with Comcast/ Xfinity tech 5 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been doing this line of work since I was 13. It started by removing components from audio video receivers just to understand how the component work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with clients that owns multi-million dollar home to clients that owns a double wide traitors. However, I provide them with the same best customer service experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project I did was provide an quick doorbell solution for a client that has been having issues with his original doorbell for years. after the installation, what I did is provide him a wall outlet chime as company to client appreciation. The install took 3 hrs with drive time included. After the installation the client referred my company to all of his neighbors and friends.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice I would give is understanding sometimes that some projects looks like a quick install. Look for very knowledgeable techs who understands you vision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Provide pictures, detailed information, location, sometimes taking pictures of the roof just to run wire in the attic makes a big difference when talking to a company and if a company does not ask for these information, well contact MyHomeNetAV, LLC we will get the job done.
