no free estimates or technical info over tghe phone. we will come out and estimate the job or give consultation for a fee. minimum $40, max depends on the lead cost to FGS

make an appointment to introduce myself at the premise so we can discuss what the project entails

electrical engineering degree and all licensing exams and continuing education to keep the license and certification, both in NY and Florida. 50 yesrs in the industry.

completed an installation of 10 cameras in deerfield beach, Florida 1 week to complete

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hire someone with years of experience and has licensing and insurance policies., and a fair price, as well as finishing the job in a timely fashion. does the professional have good customer service, (ie will respond quickly to your follow up needs), like big companies like att and xfinity and verizon are noted for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

realize that estimates cannot be given over the phone without looking at the site, that always becomes a problem. and be sure your pro will respond quickly to follow up calls after the work is done. some companies will not respond to service calls after they are done.
