What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We're friendly, professional, dependable and detail oriented. We want to hear your vision if you have one and work with you to help bring it to life. If you don't yet know exactly what you wan't, we'll help design the perfect setup for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We're partnered with various major brands. We are both a dealer and receive training on programming and supporting the devices we install. When we install something, we make sure it works!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

RFI Smart Homes was built by smart home technicians, programmers, & home service professionals in 2015. While RFI served it's estate management customer's we received constant feedback regarding the various companies in the area. We want to deliver only the best for our customers because that's what we believe in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want to work with someone who is well acquainted with the software and hardware that you're installing. Nothing is more frustrating than having a piece of equipment installed but then not being able to get the support for it. With Smart Home Empire, you don't have to worry.
