What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We absolutely do but the services we offer vary. For example mounting a TV would be $150 but it depends on the size and brackets. Some basic information can be gathered to give a better idea of the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A site visit is a must as everyone's home, business and needs are different. You can expect a professional(me) to show up at your home on time and give recommendations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a mailman for quite a few years!!!! How I got into this business is fate I guess. Needed a change in my life and had known someone who was pretty successful in the industry. He had got me an interview with a big corp company, I was hired as a sales guy and 18 months later I was leading a team of 30. I've seen it all in the low voltage world. By chance I found the greatest technician in the business and now we are partners. A true pro with a can do attitude who I have never thought twice about representing me!!!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Large homes, large businesses, small homes, small businesses.....the list could go on and on. We have worked on boats, RV's, detached buildings or just helped secure someones toys.......or key an eye on them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are local. We have a ton of companies who are based in Tampa that come down here for a quick job never to be seen again. We stay in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to ensure we can service our existing customers. Please make sure you check for repetitive negative reviews out there, that typically means something. And lastly make sure a pro respects your time. We have one chance to make a first impression and being late is a good indicator of whats to follow.
