What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always have promotions and discounts. In most cases free equipment and installation. We will always try to beat any competitor estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We complete a free survey with the customer to find out what are the needs and concerns, after that we proceed to provide advise and an estimate with some options of what is good, better and best.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business in South Florida for 3 years, but in the alarms business overall a total of 17 years. We know our Stuff!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Years ago I was a victim of a burglary my self, and I started to look for ways to protect my self, my family and friends so they didn't have go thru sometime like that. That search lead me to ADT and I been a part of the industry for over 17 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, and business owners, of all sizes, we have helped thousands of customers, as small as an apartment and as big as an entire community association.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love working with new home owners, most of the time the first home is their biggest investment . I just helped a couple that moved from another state and they were a little concerned with the difference on environment between south Florida and their home state. I secure the home with wireless transmitters on all windows and doors, Motion Detectors and 2 cameras for front and back of the home. I installed the system the very next day I first visit the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look for Company experience, quality of equipment being offered, value vs cost.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the main concerns? How long will the work will take to be completed, Warranty on equipment and labor.
