What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We believe in building long-term business relationships with our clients so we strive to insure that our prices are always fair and reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally we will conduct an initial on-site inspection of the property to get a good idea of the project scope and also get feedback from the customer. We will then design a custom security solution for the customer's specific needs and our pricing is always very reasonable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 15 years of experience as a low voltage technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started working in the cable tv/ internet industry as a field technician for companies sich as Comcast and AT&T around 2008.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with customers of all nationalities, communities and socioeconomic strata.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a very large surveillance camera installation at a shopping center and it took 3 weeks to complete. Quite a bit of planning and problem solving was involved, but in the end it was a very fulfilling process.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you have a very good idea of the type of security setup that you are looking for and a good idea of a budget you would like to keep.
