We provide the best service at the lowest price possible. We keep overhead low to pass saving on to the customer, while still providing the best products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Planning and answering questions is vital for our company to be successful. We encourage all of our customers to ask as many questions as possible so that they are comfortable with the products, and the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified through IPVM. We mandate continual training for all of our employees.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working for a very large company that everyone hates. I worked there for 10 years and decided I can do it much better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial, Residential, and Industrial. We work with a broad range of clients and strive to provide a unique and extraordinary experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all of our projects. I wouldn't leave it until I was. Most alarm systems take less than a day to install in a home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't go with the big guys. They provide outdated technology and always suck you in with a low price that they will inflate later. Use local business, even if it isn't us.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

24/7 monitoring? Dual path communications? Will I talk to an actual person when I call? Will they be in the country? What is your mean time to repair?
