I offer service members and veterans 10% discounts for their services, and I offer new customers 5% discounts for their services. I offer competitive pricing and service call fees will be deducted from the total cost for the project.

Customer service is my highest level of passion and as a professional this is how I leverage my experience and knowledge to provide solutions for my customers. I provide high quality communication, high level of support , and skilled and professional service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began performing this type of work while attending college looking to learn a trade during my summers off 20 years ago

I have worked with every ethnicity, race, gender. I treat every customer as priority at the highest level of respect and dedication!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project that was completed, there were different phases of development. I completed the tasks per schedule and worked closely with the client to cater to their needs. The phases of completion were completed with high customer satisfaction. This clients project took a couple of weeks for completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ensure that the customer knows the contractor’s expertise and credentials, always look for previous customer references. Make sure they are licensed and insured. I would ensure that the customer clearly states their objectives and expectations for the work for their projects that need to be completed.

What are the project needs for the customer? What are the customers issues that they are experiencing? What are the customer’s expectations of the professional they are hiring for their project What are the customers expectation of the project? What is the customers budget? What is the customers timeline for completion? What are the external factors that can cause timeline delays and, or logistics for deliverables needed for project completion?
