I offer service members and veterans 10% discounts for their services, and I offer new customers 5% discounts for their services. I offer competitive pricing and service call fees will be deducted from the total cost for the project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project that was completed, there were different phases of development. I completed the tasks per schedule and worked closely with the client to cater to their needs. The phases of completion were completed with high customer satisfaction. This clients project took a couple of weeks for completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ensure that the customer knows the contractor’s expertise and credentials, always look for previous customer references. Make sure they are licensed and insured. I would ensure that the customer clearly states their objectives and expectations for the work for their projects that need to be completed.

What are the customer’s expectations of the professional they are hiring for their project What are the customers expectation of the project? What is the customers budget?
