What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years experience fixing pretty much anything around the house. I own several rental properties in Baltimore, as well as co-owner of 7 multifamily apartment buildings nationwide.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned a lot from my dad growing up. I earned my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was once hired by Johns Hopkins School of Engineering to assist with mounting many large TV's, cameras, speakers, microphones and wiring in one of their new satellite buildings. The project ran for several months. Due to my experience, I was the guy they relied upon for all of their "challenging" projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for experience. I've been doing this 'handyman thing' for many years. I often get hired to fix other's mistakes. I get hired by a lot of landlords. I own several rental properties myself in Baltimore.
