What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

So when it comes to pricing, it depends on the job. usually a basic installation I can give a quote by phone, or I'll come out to assess the project in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

it starts with the customer deciding what kind of work they need done, they contact us to set up a free estimate, we come look at the job and help the customer with any question/advise, and finally we give our quote. if the customer is satisfied, we then set up a time to begin work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Randolph Volcational school is where I studied electronics, and got my training from Direct TV, Dishnet Work, Comcast, ADT, and Guardian Alarm.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In the past, I worked for a satellite company and they also provided home theater installs. I learned, and got the desire then we started our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a very Diverse group of people that I connect with very well!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just recently we installed 14 Security Cameras at a Market and it took only five days. The customer was very pleased and I was very proud that everything worked out as planed!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise them to check review's and if they wanted to, speak with previous customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where to mount their TV, what are their plans for the cable box and do they need floating shelves.
