unfold fold
Senior’s and Veterans or Active Service

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After getting some ideas/information about what the customer is looking for, I Set up a consultation on site and do a walk through offering advice and ideas on ways to make your project all come together. We will sit down and go over the products and services that will be the best fit for you and your budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Certified Product knowledge and training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always been interested in the latest tech gadgets and home construction. I started working in the low volt field with cable tv and satellite. I was soon installing all my family and friends TV’s and Electronics gear. I quickly Learned Phone and Data, then Custom Audio and Video and some high voltage work. My most recent experiences are with large scale Audio and Video distribution systems.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types, a few really high end projects, but many entry to mid level projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
It was an 8 Zone Audio system with a smaller 7.1 Home Theater. Also added TV/Data jacks. The customer was remodeling their basement and I was able to easily access the main level, but what was impressive is that getting up to the third level. No extra holes in the wall/Ceiling with correct planning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire someone that’s done hundreds of installs. It can be crucial to know what’s inside your walls and ceilings!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Wired or wireless? That’s the biggest question these days. There are benefits to both, but if possible wires will always give you the best performance. Custom integrator VS the handyman Know that you usually get what you pay for with service professionals and they might charge more than what a general handyman does. But the Pro will have extensive knowledge and experience with all things that are involved with Home Technology Products and Services.
