What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our equipment and pricing is very competitive with all major retailers, including all box stores , I do guarantee to beat anyone’s pricing on installation. This is how we’ve done it for many years and it works very well for us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually, I just speak with customers. I explain to him what I do what they’re looking for and we go from there. Most times it works out perfect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple trainings most equipment, manufacturers, full electronics background.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at 13 years old helping out a neighbor who had a TV shop in my neighborhood , he taught me the basics including reel to reel , 8 track players and 19 inch tube TVs .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for many high profile clients, including multiple major corporations in the northeast as as well as many Boston sports figures and executives

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just performed a 24 TV installation at a local sports bar called the Claddagh pub in Lawrence ma , I love going in and watching the reaction to there customers when they are sitting there, I have recieved so many referrals as a result of this install.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask a lot of questions , speak to the actual installer that will be in your home , find out if they have a clean background , ask for pictures of recent installs and references are important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Find out their experience ask him for a lot of pictures as for designs. Just ask a lot of questions you’ll be able to read experienced technician pretty quick
