I always give to my customers fair price and a good discounts for multiple task ,any furniture assembly or tv installations . 3 tv installations for the price of 2

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I explain the customers how the job will be done and give them different options , I want to make sure they will be happy with my work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 10 year experience in telecommunications technician ( tv - internet and phone installations)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 10 years ago working for a cable company then I decide to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a lot customers included residential and commercial business as well

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent big project took us about 8 hours to complete. Customer moved to a new house and we assisted to assembly 12 pieces of furniture like bed , dresser and more . Also we mounted 3 tvs in the wall with wires concealed. Customer was happy we save her a lot time .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My main advise it is to ask the pro if they are insured

I recommend customer always ask for how long it will take the job and if the installation it is 100% guaranteed
