Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have been in the industry for a really long time and know our craft. Our pricing reflects the quality and professionalism that we put towards each one of our projects. We’re not happy until our customer is.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We spend time with our customers to understand their needs and goals and make sure to walk them through the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have been in the industry for almost 20 years. With that comes having tons of experience, certifications and licenses with brand name manufacturers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We got started back in 2006 when spec homes were the rage. Investors were doing lots of work at MacDonald Highlands and we did the high voltage, low voltage on many of those homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Our current roster includes residents at the Waldorf Astoria, The Martin, and a handful of other apartment communities in town. We also do lots of commercial work and have gotten the tvs at the Marlin Bar in Town Square up and running, a few bars and restaurants at the Cosmopolitan and lots more over the years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we launched DirecTV service to 357 residents at The Martin. It took us about two months to get everyone up and running and it was a really rewarding project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are lots of companies out there who are looking to get a job done, but not necessarily well. When looking for a contractor, make sure they are licensed and have a list of references so you can see the quality of their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Definitely do some research to know what types of equipment you want, what you want things to look like and sound like, and have a budget set in mind.
