What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are fair in our pricing and estamite. We do our best communicating and evaluating what our customer's want so we can give a fair and balanced estamite that meets our clients budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

•First we established what are the needs of our customer. •Then we seek to come up with a plan to solve our clients electrical needs. • We come up with a schedule to come see the job in person in order to get a full assessment. If that is an issue in some cases via phone video chat or Zoom can be applicable. • After a full assessment is determined we will send a quote followed by a formal proposal after quote is agreed open. •Finally we can set up an appointment to start work that fits around our clients schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

PW & Sons electrical Corp is committed to providing the most professional and neat service work.We take pride in industry and will stop at nothing to make sure our customers are satisfied with our work. We have electricians that specialize in commercial and residential wiring. In addition they are well versed in smart homes Lutron system, Fire alarm and mastery of the NEC code.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with everyday homeowners installing new lighting, upgrading service equipment. We also protect our customers form unqualified unlicensed electricians to avoid ECB violations. In addition to to work we specialize in new construction. We have worked with developers, General contractors, and business owners looking for qualified and well seasoned electricians that can get the job done right.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that we just completed is a 2 family duplex smart home new construction. Nice modern look with smart home capabilities. This was one of the most successful projects PW &Sons ever embarked on. This project took a little over 3 month to complete. We are looking forward to building new modern homes of the future.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customers should be detailed and know exactly what they want. Once that is made clear then we can come up with a strategy for accomplishing that task. We don't expect our customers to know anything pertaining to the electrical field. We encourage them to communicate with us every step of the way so we can have clarity.
