I study online and ask other technicians what is new and how to fix them.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential: Computer repair/upgrade, speedup/cleanup, virus removal. Commercial: Security camera install, website design, networking, small business setup.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Limz Machinery Group: Had to link up a few computers to a server I had to build from scratch and attach a bunch of hardware devices and make sure everything is linked up and running properly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you at least know a little something about computers because technicians will try to rip you off. Get advice from others (but don't fix it yourself) before you seek out a professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I want customers to know that I look for quality over quantity. Money isn't everything and like I said I love to see my customers happy when Q-Tech completes a job.
