What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Provision guarantees the lowest quote on each and every project- period. Any time a customer presents us with a lower quote using equal quality of equipment, we will immediately beat that quote by an additional 10%. (Hasn't happened yet :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally, we would come out to assess the project and give a more precise quote. Following that assessment, we are generally available to move ahead with install within 3 days. On some projects, an assessment is not necessary and we can go ahead and schedule the install immediately.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians have hands-on training on hundreds of Surveillance and Smart Alarm projects. Their advanced training encompasses any possible scenario that may arise on security projects of all shapes and sizes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers in both residential and commercial environments; from 1 camera front door projects to 64 camera integrated network systems and everything in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did an install on a Church in the inner city consisting of 16 cameras and a Smart Alarm. It was rewarding to watch the work they were doing in the community and seeing the small part we could play in sustaining the work. The entire project took 2 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get lots of quotes and look for a provider who takes the time to truly figure out what is best for you, not their own bottom line. A provider who takes his time with you prior to the sale is more likely to be a provider who will be there for you long after the installation is completed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly are they looking for? What are they unsure of or looking for guidance on?
