What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is usually consistent with market price minus any difficulties because of odd or rare wall material or custom work. Also, I do not give blind quotes or estimates. It wouldn't be fair to myself or the customer to give an off the cuff estimate, but rather doing a walk through or thorough conversation about the job request. Thereupon, enabling me to give a true estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process is for me to become familiar with the new customer and understand with clarity exactly what they want and the task they desire. This helps me maximize my job performance to their convenience

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've worked and became certified by comcast in 2006 for phone/data/cable installation. In addition, I've mounted tv's in the process of installing. I've done pre/post wiring for time warner for an additional 3yrs.. Consistently done work as an Independent from interior installation to outside construction, over 11yrs experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Through a mutual friend.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all kinds of customers from residential to commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm very fond of an apartment complex I've done in Texas. 610 units, 3 floors, I had to wire it for Time Warner services. Wall fish from 3rd floor to 1st floor. I did it alone and it took me 6mths. The projected target time was 8mths.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person takes pride in his or her work and that they put your concerns at the forefront.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask the details of the task, be sure he knows the details and can articulate the task you desire.
