What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive prices and always willing to negotiate best prices. We do stock numerous supplies needed to do the work for the convenience of my clients at very competitive rates. Amazon price match. Look it up on Amazon and be sure to get same or even better. On top of our best competitive prices, we also offer discounts for multiple orders and for repeating customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting new customers and LISTENING to them to understand their needs. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times. We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both formal and informal education. Our lead/Founder has Maters Degree in Computer Information Systems Network Administration and various trainings over the years in every aspect of his jobs. We take no chances learning new tricks and skills to successfully tackle projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Firstly, interests in technology related projects then found a way to help users implement and understand their devices to get the best use out of same

What types of customers have you worked with?

Both commercial and private customers. Sometimes it could be scary to taking off due to uncertainties but at the end it's always been full of smiles and words of appreciation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Mounting a TV on open stairwell wall on rooftop of a brand new home. Hired a helper and applied all caution so as not to damage the walls, freshly installed wooden stairs or the TV and of course falling off the height. Turned out very perfect

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to research your options to be informed so we can discussion better. Seek reviews from previous customer as they reveal some of the most important details you may need to make your hiring decisions.
