What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We tried to be as reasonable as possible in term of pricing our customers at all times, we asked customer if our quotes fixed their budget, if not we will do everything possible to work with our customers in getting their job done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There's no special preference for my customers old or new I always treat my customers as if I have known them before I always listen to my customers and talk less

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

7 years working experience with satellite and cable as a Technician ( Dish network and Comcast)technician,Trained and certified Ring and Nest pro Technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started during the covid 19 outbreak when I wasn't working anymore for my company (Dish network or colonial smart home) I then decided to establish my own business since indeed I had all the qualifications needed to work as an independent contractor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all customers both young and old, white, black, brown, straight, gay.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed 32 cameras (CCTV) at a church compound around 70th and woodland ave Philadelphia it was a great experience due to the size of the compound.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

8 years of experiences that carries certificates in satellite TV institutions and services, cable and TV services, certified smart Homes service technicians, a Ring and Google certified Technician. MA in Acquisition etc.
