We try to set a flat rate price to make our pricing as simple as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have them complete a booking through our website, then we schedule a onsite tech, then we submit a report that we email to the client. Then we complete a simple invoice to complete payment and service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 18 years of experience and as a collective of wide range of education / training from computer repair to network management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started repairing devices smart phones to be exact and moved our way up and took on varies projects to strengthen our discovery muscle and we constantly challenge ourselves to learn as much as we can.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, business owners, young and old. We have a wide variety of client's that we work with to earn their business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Client wanted to have a security system installed they recently had a break end and they gave us the opportunity and trusted us to help them solve their problem and we took our best efforts to make it affordable and as SIMPLE as possible, they had no idea where to start it took us 3 hours to put together a solution and with our local partners we were able to complete the project within 2 days and the client was excited and has been allowing us to serve them with all and any computer related issues!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Understand that we're people just like everyone else and look for someone who even if they cannot serve you will point you in the right direction and be as honest and look for a simple process ask "can you take me through your process from start to finish?"

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the end result that I want and don't get caught up too much in the pricing, I can't speak on other providers but we pride ourselves on not being the cheapest or the highest priced but fair priced company.
