With FREE estimates and consultations, we craft each system to meet our customers exact needs, and can provide many different equipment alternatives. I entered this industry with the goal of providing security services backed by stellar customer support. My goal is to make sure that we are a security company that you actually enjoy working with. With that being said, the happiness of the customer is our first priority. If the systems we provide aren't improving our customers lives, we aren't doing our job correctly. Because of this, we do not offer contract-based services. I believe that, if we are not taking care of our customers, they deserve the right eliminate our services. We pride ourselves in not over-selling the customer with things that they do not need, and make sure to fully educate on the services that are provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Low-Cost, Contract-Free monthly plans keeps customer pricing simple. We also feature a 30-Day refund of initial products and services should you be unhappy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We discuss the customers needs and create a custom estimate with either a phone call, or a site visit. If the bid is accepted, a certified technician will professionally install the equipment. Before leaving, the technician will train the customer on all of the equipment and services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are required to go through a rigorous training and certification process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a love for technology and providing solutions for people. This is a great industry to help make peoples lives easier and make them feel more secure.

Small business and residential customers that desire security, surveillance, and smart feature needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A provider that is willing to be completely open and honest about the products and services that they will be providing, as well as, not misleading the customer to purchase unnecessary equipment.
