Introduction

Professional, affordable, honest - its really very simple. We provide prompt and professional service combined with affordable prices and world-class customer service. We treat our customers as family and it shows in our customer satisfaction rate and continued return business. Through 16 years of experience, I can utilize my knowledge and experience to help design the perfect system for you. I am a dealer for many popular brands of A/V products to include: Klipsch, Definitive Technologies, KEF, Yamaha, Denon, Sonos, JVC, BenQ, Sony, Samsung, and many others. Through my partnerships with these companies, I can often times beat competitors pricing. I will also gladly install customer-provided equipment. I enjoy producing a finished product that brings a smile to every customer I visit. Once finished, the best part of my job is being able to educate and teach the customer on the products I just installed while seeing the excitement in their face as they admire their new systems.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer competitive pricing. I can often times beat most big box stores or price match.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
A new customer project always begins with a phone consultation. From the consultation, we can decide if I will need to visit the site in order to perform a site survey before starting work. A detailed estimate follows the consultation or site survey. Upon approval of the estimate, scheduling of the job will be agreed upon and we will get to work. A final invoice will follow upon job completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I feel as though I am a teacher at heart and love this side of my job. Technology can be confusing to some but I am able to patiently and expertly train my customers how to effectively use their new systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
About 12 years ago I began a career in the telecom and burglar alarm industry via an ad I found in the paper. I have found niche and an industry I love and have excelled from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with commercial, residential, and resellers of my services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently completed a 14-camera install at a church in Arlington. I enjoyed working with the church team to put together a camera system that met their criteria and training the entire staff on how to use it - they were in awe the ability to remotely view the various cameras from their phones while off-site.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
First and foremost, ensure they are licensed by the state. Second, ensure they are insured. Third, make sure they are compassionate about your needs and take the time to understand your expectations of the system.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before speaking with a contractor, customers should have a basic idea of the goals they want for their new system. Customers should have a basic idea of their budget and timeframe for getting the work completed. Last but not least, customers should allow for the hired contractor to recommend installation specifics after completing the phone or site consultation.
