What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking. TOPS Certified I was a technical advisor for HikVision, a world leading surveillance equipment company for the DFW region.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I provided remote tech-support to HikVision surveillance equipment owners for two years. Before that, I was the IT administrator for Artistic Salon Spa for 12 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people. Both residential and business owners. Providing doorbell, cameras, all different types of cameras, including PTZ, night-vision, and infrared cameras, Network Video Recorders(NVR), and Digital Video Recorders(DVR). I also install floodlight cameras.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At a residential location, the customer had a office space attached to their garage that is separate from the main building. I ran conduit pipes with ethernet cable underground from the main building into the separate office building. I ran the cables down the wall to a keystone ethernet jack, so that the customer could easily have wired Internet in the office. Installed the four camera surveillance system as well that the residence

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get a second opinion. Trust your gut.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Specific needs that need to be met. A good idea of about how many cameras to be installed, the coverage that you will get based on camera placement, ability for me to access required areas to complete the work.
