Introduction

Our services are unique at every installation due to our vision. We do have packages where our clients can cut and paste a certain set of technological capabilities, but the means that people interact with our products is different for every installation and the is what we use our vision for. Anybody can install a TV set or home theater, but it takes a truly technology-oriented individual to see what can be done in a client's home before installation. The work that we do is completely customizable. There are no cookie-cutter solutions to the problems that we solve therefore, every situation is unique. While some installations may have similarities, there are always stories behind the drywall of what was done previous to our visit and what we can do in order to make the current installation better for our clients. When we install a system, it is impressive to see how a home and the people who live in it can change depending on the content of the technology inside the home. People interact with technology in different ways - watching the process where our clients go from a basic enjoyment of technology to fully utilizing it is fulfilling.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have a standard pricing system available to all clients who ask for details.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. Learn what our client's "Dream Installation" is. 2. Find ways to utilize existing technology so products with overlapping features aren't purchased. 3. Research new technologies to provide products with lower costs and/or better features. 4. Present multiple solutions so our client doesn't feel locked into just a few options. 5. Repeat the process if none of our recommended solutions work for the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Years of in-field practice alongside good sense, college education and an open mindset from experienced installers yields the excellent results that our clients receive.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Commercial clients, Residential clients and New Construction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure that the person installing your system is following state and federal codes. Under no circumstance is it acceptable to run an AC electrical cable through the walls unless your goal is to start a fire in your own home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Find out what your dream installation is and make sure that the installer knows what the most important feature to you is. If you're looking to get the best possible technology - tell them. If you're looking for something short term - tell them that as well and do not assume that something will or wil not happen by not mentioning it. Communication is the #1 problem in Audio/Visual Installations.
