What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive. We are licensed to work with all the professional manufacturers equipment, and also because we purchase in bulk quantities, we are able to pass the discounts and savings to our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our goal is to schedule an appointment with the client so we can assess the project physically. This way, we are able to give exact and accurate quotes for what it will take to complete the work quickly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Between our sales, installers and technical support crew, we have over 60 years experience working with security cameras. That is an average of 8.5 years individually.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I studied and worked in film and television. I teamed with my friends who were computer technicians to start our video surveillance company.

23 IP Camera installation in a Christian educational facility. The entire installation took 2 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research and determine if you want professional equipment or do-it-yourself equipment. Get quotes from up to 3 companies, and make sure the company you go with gives you warranty for both the equipment and the installation in writing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want an IP system or a Hybrid analog system? Should you get wired or wireless cameras? Can company provide references from your previous customers? What image resolution will you get? How many weeks recording will you get? Distance of night vision on exterior cameras Will there be a monthly billing or outright purchase of equipment? Will there be visible cables around your property?
