Signature Cabling Solutions, LLC is licensed and insured through the state of Texas. As a customer, you will receive a 6 month warranty on all labor and a one year warranty on equipment! We offer Commercial Installation as well as Home Installations with a variety of security and surveillance applications tailored to your specific or individual needs. From home security, cameras and systems, to commercial and industrial surveillance, security, and closed circuit TV systems, we are able to fulfill any customized request. Some of the applications we have installed, required painted conduit, wall mounted TVs, hidden wiring, even planted light poles with cameras installed 25 to 30 ft. high.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When it comes to our pricing it is not the “one size fits all” type. While we have packages that can suit any type of project, we do pride ourselves on giving customers and individual experience with pricing that fits their specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to make sure that I have the opportunity to build a good relationship with all of my customers from the very beginning. My goal is to make sure that all my customers feel valued and that they are getting exactly what they want from our service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many years of experience with licensed companies doing a variety of cabling, surveillance, telecom and fire system related work. We are also a Licensed Private Security Company with the State of Texas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work many years ago when an opportunity to train in the cabling and surveillance field presented itself. I jumped at that opportunity, loved it and have been doing this type of work ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of customers. I have done commercial and residential, homes of all sizes, big businesses and small businesses. I also appreciate and respect every one of my customers, as I will for any of my future customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have worked on so many projects it's hard to pick just one. But am especially fond of the ones that make people feel safer in there homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I could give is to find a provider that is licensed with the State. The testing that is required to become licensed insures that the provider knows the laws, regulations and the best operating procedures in this field of work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I suggest that customers should have a clear plan in mind when talking to professionals about their project. This allows for the provider to give you the best options that relate to your needs.
