What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing Here at Sager's Audio/ Video Works LLC varies from Project to project. Our Projects are set to meet our customers budget the best we can. Each installation is different from the last and curated specifically for the customers needs and wants.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process here is to find out the customers budget to allow us to work along side them and provide them quality work and quality equipment without breaking the bank. The customers satisfaction is our #1 Priority and we wont settle for less! Providing free estimates also allows us to give our customers a professional opinion without any upfront costs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Working with tech has always been a hobby of mine and turning it into a career has been a blessing. I previously worked for a small A/V company back in Pennsylvania that allowed me to gain the knowledge I know today. I've taking many courses since starting this business and its only allowed me to grow as a person and a business owner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After graduating Highschool I wasn't sure of what to do, but finding a company back home in Pennsylvania where I grew up that was hiring was what let me to where I am today. I worked there for 5 years and It allowed me to gain the knowledge I know today and it was a blessing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all different types of customers from residential home owners to local small business owners alike. Building a relationship with our customers has been a priority of ours.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project we were happy to be apart of was a 75 Inch Samsung frame television installation for a customer who recently moved into their new home. This installation Included A Sonos sounbar, Sonos subwoofer, Sonos amp with two rear surrounds for a more of a movie theater feel. The installation took two days and was a blast for us to be apart of!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
From a professionals standpoint I would advise the customer to do their due diligence when researching an installer to choose for their next Job. I have Assisted in countless jobs where the customer was tricked into choosing the cheaper installer and in a result of doing so had a very poor outcome. As a professional I don't believe in the more you spend the better your project will turn out, but I do believe quality is more important than quantity. Finding the middle ground is where we help!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
One major Question a customer should consider before talking to a professional is their budget. It gives the installer and idea of where their mind is going into the project. It allows us as the professionals to consider the best option for the customer regarding materials and equipment.
